Alison spent seven years working in learning and development of a global pharmaceutical company, the last four implementing e-learning & social media. Alison launched Connect Thinking in April 2007 and the E-Learning Academy in July 2010.
Alison is a doctoral candidate at the University of Technology, Sydney. Her thesis title is Examination of work-based virtual learning environments within a corporate context: Design and practice implications.

Catherine has 18 years experience in advertising and graphic arts, and has run other successful businesses. Catherine provides visual design expertise for Connect Thinking customers, and supports online marketing and membership for the Connect Thinking E-Learning Academy.
Catherine offers PowerPoint visual design support for your in-house Articulate courses. You do the instructional design and authoring, and Catherine will make your e-learning course look great.

Alan spent the last eight years working as the Multimedia Services Manager for a large multinational pharmaceutical company. He was responsible for producing, directing and editing corporate video productions included promotional, educational and occupational health & safety videos. With more than 500 productions to his name, Alan can assist in bringing your projects to life.
